All prices include support - each Employee Count entitles you to 2 Support Incidents per year. For example, where you have 30 Employees you can raise 60 Support Incidents per year.
A support incident is not time dependant. Each incident covers a single issue, and includes all time spent by Pillar Software required to resolve the issue.
Additional Support Incidents can be purchased in blocks of 10 for £500.
