The main interface of Time Manager has been designed to be as straightforward and effortless to use as possible.
- Staff enter their hours into an online diary, similar to the way they would use a calendar to plan events in Microsoft Office or on a BlackBerry.
Most people are already familiar with this kind of activity entry, meaning minimal training is needed.
- Nothing else is required - staff simply submit their entries and Time Manager will calculate their hours for each project and activity and produce a traditional timesheet for approval by managers.
- Other useful features include:
• Favourites - common activities which can be quickly selected to save looking through lists.
• Colour coded monthly diary to show days completed, days still to be entered, leave booked etc.
• Optional automatic entry of a minimum lunch break which can be set by managers.
• Automatic entry of leave into the diary when this is approved by managers.
• Options to change the layout, which can be set by each employee individually to meet their needs.
• Options to set individual employee's hours to full time, part time, school term only, or your own customised settings.
